Rebar in a Curved Wall

Please explain like I'm five, especially if your solution includes Dynamo. I need two sheets of rebar, 12" o.c., 3" away from their respective faces on a curved wall. Please help, anyone.

the second method to do that is to use adaptive component

curved wall can be treated as a column.

for the vertical bars you have to add one by one.

for horizontal bars draw a horizontal section and use sketch rebars tool.
