Rebar Constraint along Reference Planes

Constraining a rebar set to reference planes makes a more convenient way of locking a rebar and making changes to the distances of the rebars.

Revit uses constraints in the Host as this determines the length on the size of the host as this make more practical sense.  Reference Planes can be incorporated if you use the Splice Rebar Tool

These could also be controlled by Dimensions and EQ (equidistant or Global Parameters)
