I am thinking of getting Autodesk Revit Structure and my question is,
does the Revit Structure 2011 Suite comes with all of the extensions?

Revit Extensions do not come with OOTB Revit Structure. If you are on "Subscription" you are then permitted to download the extensions.

So what is the difference between Revit Structure 2011 and Revit Structure 2011 Suite?
Revit Structure is just the one program: Revit Structure.
