Problem with split using Precast.

Hi, when i try to split my Generic 300mm thick floor i got a error: Hollow core slab with invalid thickness. Change the selected template family in Config or adjust the thickness of the slab to match. I tried to use different types of floor, different thickness (300,500,1000mm) and use different slab families, so if you have any ideas to solve it, please report.
