Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing issues with printing to PDF using Revit, from versions 2019 to 2024. Despite having installed all available updates, I’m encountering a couple of problems.
When printing to PDF, certain elements on my plans, such as colors on the deck and filled regions, seem to shift or distort. I tried exporting to PDF instead of printing, which resolves the issue with shifting elements but introduces a new problem: the text in the PDF sometimes has inconsistent spacing, with random large gaps between letters or words.
I’m running out of ideas on how to produce a clean PDF. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
Thank you!

Use Revit native Export to PDF, or DiRoots Prosheet Export to PDF.
