Physical to Analytical Model for Buildings - Errors Not Associated w/ Particular Elements

I'm trying my hand at connecting Revit with RISA right now, and I have to create an analytical model for my physical model before exporting. I tried to make sure that everything was connected up well before running the automation, but it is throwing some strange errors. These errors are a little beyond me since my knowledge of Python is pretty rudimentary. I could probably have easily fixed them if they were associated with particular elements, but these seem more abstract. Anyone have any insight on how to solve them?

If I am totally honest I would have just built the model using the Analytical Model and exported this as RISA would have given errors on connectivity etc. I have no faith or trust in the Physical/Analytical process as is as it needs a lot of work to get it 100% correct.

From the Errors it looks like you have some analytical elements outside the scope of the the Automation Process and cannot be converted.  However without viewing the model i cannot comment further

Thanks Jay. I think I'll just take the longer route on this one then.
