Option to disable the placemet of an automatic span direction symbol in Foundation Slab creation.

Autodesk, why would we have a span direction symbol on a concrete slab?   And why is there no option to disable that feature?   I'm having to delete it every time I create a foundation slab,  it's getting annoying.

How do you turn off the message "No Span Direction Symbol Family is loaded" - Autodesk Community
