I want to create structure like image shown below and I want also to schedule both structures individually.
So, I created two individual beams. Later I think it was more time consuming, so I companied it in one structural family like nested structural framing family, which contains one structural framing within another one. I enabled the share option I can schedule both beams individually, but there is the problem the nested family's length is not modified with the parent family it will be constant because of length parameter in nested family is type parameter even I can't edit that. How to do that actually is there any possibilities to make it?.
