My building is off my grid lines

My revit model was completely fine the other day but when I looked at my different structural plans today, I noticed my building was off of my grid lines. I have no idea how this happened and I don't know how to get them back on the grid lines. It won't let me move my building or move the grids. The building is all good in 3D, but the building is in the wrong position in every other plan. I've also tried relocating the project and that doesn't move the building. Any help would be appreciated!!! I would attach the revit file but it's too big 😞

are you working with the coordinates or not?

It says that it can't keep elements joined. Would I unjoin them?

If you already modeled the building then leave it alone and move the grids back to the building.

When I try to move the grids anywhere, I get the message "Boundary edge lines intersect each other. Boundary contour must not be distorted." And because I have rebar, I get "Rebar is placed completely outside of its host."

Tick the box Disjoin when moving the grids.
