Attached is a modified C Shape family with preset sizes built into the family. At one time I was able to load additional sizes but the option is no longer available? When I load it into a new project, it doesn't ask me what size(s) do I want to load.
Looks like you might have taken the Out of The Box Revit family which has a Type Catalog and modified the RFA. Search for the Type Catalog that the OoTB uses. Might have to rename the Type Catalog file. It has to have the same file name, just different extensions.
If you do modify anything that comes with Revit, I always recommend renaming that file with your firms initials, or some other modifier so you don't confuse the two.
