Minimum Bend Allowances for Reinforcement

Hi Forum

Can anyone please advise on how does one go about editing the hook lengths for reinforcing steel bars. Currently, the bar lengths that revit allows does not follow the guidelines in the local code of practice.

As per the attached picture, the SABS code requires for the minimum bend allowance to be 100mm and not 80mm for a 12mm diameter HSS bar. This value subsequently increases for bigger diameter bars and revit seems to be 20mm short in terms of acceptable bend allowances.

Is there a work around for this??

you can add rebar bars as you need with the hook and bend diameters as your standard see pics
