Dear Community members!!!

The symbols (Highlighted) representing what? We have linked models in our main model. but we don't have any nested links on that, but the icon shows strangely.

we're simply trying to understand what these icons mean and why they are different to the others..

as long as we don't understand that, trying to fix it would be nearly pointless.

Neither of the links you provided helps with our question.

The linked models aren't too big and we don't have a broken icon on BIM360...

We have different linked model icons inside revit in the open project.

What do these icons mean?

There i no problem... it all works fine, the only strange things are these icons.

Well after some searching and searching on the internet without any solution i finally found it in Revit.

Not sure if we're stupid or simply never paid attention to it but the difference is in the linked model reference type.

Which can be either Overlay or Attachment.

When the icon is not a blue arrow but 2 small white squares with smaller blue arrow, it means that linked model is set to Attachment rather than Overlay.

This means that this link is an "Attachment" and not "Overlay" see this link

To understand the difference between "Attachment" and "Overlay" follow this link
