ISM Plug in & Revit 2017 - Unable to match all materials automatically

 Hello People! 

I'm currently doing a project needing STAAD Pro Analysis. I had done my structure in REVIT 2017 and downloaded the ISM plug-in which works fine only when I trying to match all the materials from ISM library automatically, 2 materials - UC & UB can't match. How do I manually match them?

Hi,

thank you for your information. As I understand material matching is done by ISM software. I suggest contact to the ISM provider because we don't know how this software works.

hello everyone,

i cannot download the ISM plug in for Revit from Bently. is it because i am using Education version of bently?

You have to click on the Table in the Right Hand Menu and Edit the ISM Type and Section Fields and select the new sections as required but you need to ensure you have your Libraries setup in advance otherwise you cannot pick the elements.

If you are using Revit then it should be available.  As regards what the educational version offers for Bentley and the ISM within this software this could be a limitation but you may need to ask Bentley
