If you are using Revit 2019 or later then yes this can be done with the tools added to the Steel tab.
If the column & beam are simply mitered then use the mitre command, if you want a division plate between them then use the cranked beam to beam connection.

One thing to note when using these Steel tools is the shapre of the beam changes to a Steel Fabrication Format, this disables things like autojoin, cutbacks, groups, assemblies. Once anything from the Steel tab is placed the only way to get back to a "normal" Revit beam / column is to delete and remodel.
