Installing an add-on software

I have installed Structural Analysis software into Revit in order to be able to export from Robot to Revit but I get this message : ''Autodesk Revit Structure not run'''

To mention that the station I am working has a valid licence of Revit not installed by myself but I have downloaded the free Structural Analysis software form my Autodesk Exchange account and installed it with the help of the Administrator. Anyone knows why do I get this error?

have you other Add-ons that works on your computer? I heard there were problems with them if using Revit Collaboration.
