IFC file not exporting

I am trying to export an IFC file from Revit 2021.  I have installed all of the most recent updates and have no IFC addons installed.  It will crank along with the spinning blue circle of death for 30-60 minutes and then it shows the following error message.  The only option is to cancel.  

7507 Warnings (may be ignored)

Unexpected errors occurred while exporting these elements to the IFC file.

There are other times when Revit crashes all together before completing the export.

Besides what @ennujozlagam mentions. If you already have IFC2021 installed, you also can try to see if it works after deinstalling it.

Other reason, possibly the file gets too large. Try to break up your export in smaller chunks (maybe by level) and see if that works.
