IFC Component Analytical Model

Hello,

 

I am using Revit to design the 3D model of a building so that I can export walls and roofs as an IFC file, which I will then use in another software to design LSF panels. The Tricalc software utilizes the analytical model of the IFC to generate those panels.

Since I encountered difficulties designing the roof using the built-in roof tools, I opted to use the component tool for that part. However, when I imported that component into Tricalc, this is what I received:

As you can see, the analytical model of the component is represented only by that small line segment.

Is this a limitation of Revit in generating the analytical model of components? Or is there any workaround available to solve this problem?

 

By the way, in the image below, you can see the import options of the Tricalc software.
