I don't have ifc option

When I go to export and to to ifc on Revit 2019, it doesn't give me an option.  I thought I had to download as an app on my desktop and that won't work as well.  May someone please explain how to get ifc option.  If so, how to use it so I can export to it.  Thanks.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Export menu.

Do you need to change any export options?  If not, you don't need to do anything.

Hello

First, I click file.  Then I hover over export and scroll down to options.   After I hit options, it gives me a little menu: Export Setups DWG/DGN, Export Setups DGN, and IFC Options.  I hit IFC Options.  It brings to me the IFC Export Classes table.  Most of the IFC Class Name states "Not Exported".  That's where I'm am right now.

You can change them from Not Exported to Exported. But most of the Not Exported are not needed or useless when export, such as detail components, annotation, etc... I have never had to change a thing from the options.
