Good morning, I am having a problem with some views when creating reference plans, I have checked everything possible, hidden category, view template, filters, workset, etc ... but it always tells me this: "None of the created elements are visible in Section: Sección 209 View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings."

Check the active work plane of the view.  If it is not parallel to the view then you cannot see the ref plane you are drawing on that work plane.
