How to un-override color of numerous elements throughout sheets?

I am working with a prototype model created by another technician, which contains lots design options and related annotation.  This prototype will be used as basically a template full of options that several other projects will be created from.

Numerous elements on numerous sheets have been overridden to this red color to indicate that these annotation items are optional and need to be deleted/changed/modified when setting up a new drawing set.  It is mostly text, dimensions, section cut symbols, detail lines, etc.  See example below.

I am tasked with coming up with a way to un-override all of these elements, back to black, once the desired options have been configured and the drawing set has been created from this prototype project.  The goal is to print the final PDF in color so that the titleblock logos, stamps, etc. print in color, but everything else on the sheets prints black and white/grayscale.

I have experimented with the Colors portion of the Print Setup menu, but the "Black Lines" setting still leaves some remnants of red linework on the sheets.  "Grayscale" prints the border in black/white, too.

It seems like the best solution would be to undo the overrides, or create some sort of view filter that makes everything that color of red display black instead.  But I have not been able to determine how to accomplish this yet.  Right-clicking on each individual element and removing the override would be extremely time consuming and is not a viable solution.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.  Thanks!
