How to start ordinate dimensions from a specific point, like X', instead of the default 0'

Hi, I'm working on annotating wood wall framing and need to start my ordinate dimensions from a specific point, like X', instead of the default 0'. Also, I want to ensure that the green highlighted section doesn’t appear on the sheet. When I try to crop the view, the dimensions disappear, even when I extend the annotation crop. I believe this is due to the host being cropped in the view. (I am aware of the masking using a break line. 0' is still visible). Please advise Thank you!

- if you start from X then you need to fake the dimension value.

- you can start from 0, then you a mask family on sheet and it will cover everything including 0.

- you can break the view so that you can bring 0 closer and add a break line in between the two parts of the view

Thank you for your solution, it helps for now. May be Revit developers should come up with a way to add breaks to dimension lines in the future
