how to rebar in diagonal way?

Hello, I'm new user of revit structure. I have this sketch of rebar 

I want my rebar(s) sketch follow this diagonal line... is it possible?

Create a section that is perpendicular to the element, you can guide yourself with lines and then align. In this section insert the reinforcement. 

You can also align the reinforcement with the element.
