How to modify a custom stiffener

Hello guys, I am studying PEB structures and because columns/beams are tapered I need to custom every connections.

I am having trouble with modifying a web stiffener (made of a plate) like the photo below. I tried everything I could but it never worked out. Do you guys have any tips/know-how to customize especially when you're drawing tapered structures? If you guys have better ideas please please share. Thank you!

You could always look at the Steel Modification Tools

Usually within the in-built Connections or where Stiffeners are used you do have the option to Chamfer corners
