How to make a cut (recess) in Precast stair

How I can make a cut in Precast stair for corbel in below highlighted locations?

 

There in no option of void cut Model in place etc. !!!

  • Model it in-place as a family - use extrusions (then you can cut it with a void)
  • You can use dynamo to convert it to a Generic Model and cut it
  • Or you can simply leave it as it is and model the recess/anchor/corbel as a detail component which you can insert in the section view

can I convert only that  2 landings to generic model? I do not know much about dynamo.

 

Is  there any other solution?

Then your easiest but not the most perfect option would then be to model stairs without the landing...then model the landings as floors which can be cut by a void
