How to create this custom grid bubble?

Hi guys, I am trying to recreate the custom "BL" grid bubble in the image below.  I need it to always say "BL" rather than having an actual grid label like usual.  I have tried inserting text in place of the label in the bubble family, but it rotates all over the place depending on which orientation the grids are drawn in. 

I noticed that there is a stock centerline "CL" family; could this be modified and inserted into my grid bubble family?  How do I accomplish this?  Thanks!

I got pretty close by inserting a modified centerline symbol into the grid bubble family.  Some of them display exactly like I want them, and others are backwards and upside down.  How do I correct this?

Nevermind.  I don't know what was wrong, but simply redrawing those grid lines fixed the orientation problem.  Mission accomplished.
