How to calculate BQ in Revit?

Hi. Does anyone knows hot to get BQ for these item (for LOD300)?

I think for point 2 & 8 can just use schedule, how about others?
1. Concrete
2. Steel Bar 
3. Formwork
4. Brick
5. Plaster
6. Skim Coat
7. Painting
8. Door
9. Alum & Glazing

you can make a perimeter for all of your project items and name it (item park at BOQ)
don't forget to make it an instance perimeter so you can select any item and write the item name or item code at BOQ in the perimeter you just made.

then make material takeoff, and chose multi-category takeoff.

 

you have to model any item that you want to include in the BOQ (separately is better) 
i mean to model the plaster and paint, as wall item
