How can I get the Revit 2021.1 Update 21.1.0.108?

I have Revit 2021 in this version 21.0.0.383.

Recently, I have installed Naviate REX, but it generates an error, so I went back to the official Naviate Page an it has an indication... I need to have the version 21.1.0.108 of Revit, but I don't know where is it. I went to the Manage Products & Downloads of my Autodesk Account but there is no such update there.

In addition, If anyone knows what the Naviate REX error is really due to, please help me.

21.1.0.108 is the revit 2021.1 update build
