How can i create a non plot text in a family?

Hi 

I need to create a non plot text inside the title block

How can i do it?

When I do the exportation to cad or to PDF  the text In the middle of the sheet Can't appear

Is it possible? Help please

You could add a Visibility Parameter to switch the text off before exporting. I have recorded a Screencast to explain.

I already have that option and is very helpful

But what i really need is keep the text on the exportation but non plot
