Hidden lines extend beyond structural framing member cut

Why do the hidden lines representing the inner wall of my HSS continue beyond the cut? This picture happens to be the result of placing a connection but I'm seeing it other places in the project too, where members are mitered or cut against another member or a reference plane. How do I get rid of them?

I would suggest it could be related to the Family and the Symbolic Lines to represent this not being correct in Visibility Settings or End Alignment and may need a review.

Also check the Properties Palette for Hidden Line by discipline and review the settings

Hi @krista_scott I think this is related to the know issue of hidden lines not behaving as expected when the connections are added. This is a development in progress > https://portal.productboard.com/y7sfay7zn7yb6rpd43kz2uva/c/894--design-fabrication-compatibility-enh...
