HELP DESIGN OPTIONS OR SOMETHING BETTER?

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if someone can give me some guidance or options of what I am trying to accomplish. I have been using design options to get what I need done, but the problem is the steel connections does not work in design options. What I have is multiple platforms at and I want to be able to turn some off and on in the 3d view and on plan views. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance

What do you want to say with doesn´t work? Could you send us some print, please?

Maybe you should just duplicate the view; turn ON and OFF the connections you wanna verify and when choose the best option for you, just delete the rest and go on increasing your structural details.

Also, you could just try to do a copy (like we usually do in AutoCAD) and do the previous step. 🙂

Sometimes we need to step back 😞

sounds like a good option for WorkSets. create a workset for each platform you want to control. activate a workset and draw only what you want associated with on that workset (kind of like layers in AutoCAD). activate the next workset and do the same. the worksets can then be turned on/off per view as needed.

making worksets would make the model into a workshare enabled model or "Central" model. that shouldn't stop you from using them though if it resolved the issue. is there a reason you wouldn't want it to be a central model?
