There is a field in the rebar schedule called "Host Mark" - you can use this. Each footing then would need to have a Mark value.

Can you not simply use Host Mark or Category?

Also utilise Partitions for more Grouping

I posted something on using the Host Mark, please take a look. Also, the Rebar Partition is an Instance property of the rebars. You can select a grouping of bars and give it a Partition code/number. This parameter can then be scheduled, along with the Host Mark if you choose

This is simple schedule  creation methods by adding in extra parameters from the list

When creating or editing the Rebar Schedule simply add in the Host Mark Fields.

This is a good guide

"PARTITION" is working, however in a project where there are multiple similar structures like 2 nos F1, 2 nos F2...how do I gets "Count" field in the Rebar Schedule as 2 instead of 1.

Attached file shows that the schedule is showing all 5 rebar instances for 1st F1 followed by the same 5 rebar instances of the 2nd F1, by making the "Count" as 1.

How in schedule I can have the multiplied Count as 1 single item with the multiplication factor
