Floor plans visibility settings in collaborative projects

Hi everybody. So I work in collaboration (network based) on a project. Everything is defined (levels, axes, linked dwg etc), but there is a problem. For example I change visibility settings (vv) because I want to apply for all the floor plans (or ceiling plans) some filters or to uncheck some elements (i.e. I don't want to see the floors).

However if my colleague changed the visibility options in his model, after I syncronize I have the his visibility settings he did and NOT mine (floors missing). I know I can use Temporary view Properties but this is not a solution as after i exit the model the visibility settings done are AGAIN missing.

Is there a possibility to keep ownership of the visibility settings I am doing in my model? I don't know if it change, much but we have different worksets, depending if we are working of supra-structure or infra-structure.

Thanks

if you are working in same view , of course your vv setting will be changed due to your colleague modification , you should duplicate the views

for example you need to duplicate a first floor plan and add your name to it for example

or you can save your view setting in new view template then you can apply your view template to your views

Every team member must have his own views.

In addition and to avoid confusion, you should make view groups at the project browser.

Kindly check attached screencast.
