I have a parent view [MAIN] with two dependent duplicated views [A and B].

I want A to show only my top rebar details and B to show only bottom rebar details on two different sheets. If my sheet name contains "top" hide bottom rebars and show only top rebars.

What is the best way to do this for duplicated view, specifically dependent view since changing an item on A affects B?

Parent view and its dependent views share the same filters so your approach does not work.   The only way to differ a dependent view from the parent view and other dependent views is Override Elements in view manually.

Any other effective solution other than parent and dependent views?

I want a sheet I can view both and at the same time I want to different sheets with each for clarity.

I don't understand this sentence.  The two statements contradict one another.

Sorry for the confusion,

I want a view I can view both top and bottom rebars on. Then I want to place them on two different sheets, one for top rebars and other for bottom rebars only. Assuming I have a number of floors, manually turn off and on would be tedious.

What will be the best approach?

Filters, in my opinion.

Duplicate as dependant, set parameters to top & bottom rebars and then filter them.
