Fabric Reinforcement Symbol - Assembly Views

Hi,

I am working on completing fabric reinforcement for precast walls using the assembly tool in Revit. However, I am encountering issues with annotating the fabric in the views generated within the Revit assembly.

In standard section or elevation views, I can add the Fabric Reinforcement Symbol (a diagonal line in this case) without any issues. However, when I try to do this in an assembly view, the tool in Revit becomes grayed out and is unavailable.

Am I overlooking something, or is Revit simply unable to incorporate this symbol into assembly views?
By the way, tagging the fabric in assembly views works perfectly fine.

I hope someone knows the solution.

Best regards

The only place I think this could be applied would be in the Configuration Settings directly and not through Revit Assembly Views.

In the Configuration dialog, navigate to Concrete Built-in parts Annotations.
