External tool is not showing in Revit 2020

Hi, I am trying to export Revit model in to Navisworks but there is no option of external tool in Add-Ins menu. can you  please help me how to fix it.

you can download Navisworks exporter from link here https://efulfillment.autodesk.com/NetSWDLD/2020/PLC0000012/FA069F2C-9A87-43AC-887A-F82C75671400/SFX/...

 

setup and it will appear
