Exporting Revit Sheets to DWG

Hello guys,

I'm having troubles with two topics at the moment when i export some Revit Sheets to dwg.

The first one is that my titleblock have 2 images inserted (logo company), so when i export the sheet to dwg, revit create 2 files with the logo company's that i inserted and if some of that 2 file is missing the .dwg file doesn't appear with the logos. There is a another way to manage that and avoid the creation of those 2 files?

And the second one is if i have multiple views on a same sheet when i see the .dwg generated the layers are asigned correctly but appears with a different color (fig 1) and that happens with the 3 views that i have on my sheet.

Please see the following as regards Logos

Image in title block missing after DWG export from Revit

As regards the Colours I would make sure you are setting visualised the following option are set in the First Instance.

Set the export color settings to correspond with the given Revit view being exported.
Follow the steps:

  • Go to File \ Export \ CAD Formats \ DWG.
  • Click the Export Setting Tab illustrated below .

  • Go into Colors.
  • Set to True Color.

  • Make sure that colors are or are not overwritten BYENTITY.

  • Run the export.

I have checked the link attached but i need to find a way of export the sheet to dwg without get the logos as reference. So only share one file to my client (sheet.dwg).

Related to the second solution i will tell to my workmate to test it what u said.

Thank you for your fast response.
