I was very happy to see Revit 2022 finally included export to pdf.
But already on the first day I am stumbling on a problem when using naming rules for sheets.
When I use the parameter "current revision" it uses "currentrevision" in the name if the parameter is empty. Changing the sample value doesn't change that.
The problem is: when you have a new project all sheets have an empty value for "current revision" so all my sheets will have a filename containing "current revision". This makes this feature practically not usable and I can't be the only one who uses "current revision" in filenames.
Anyone else?
Tnx for the response. Which menu are you showing?
I was referring to this one under "setup naming rules"
For now I have added a empty revision named "-" to every sheet.
Oh, my screenshot was from my title sheet family where I've simply added the revision parameter.
You should use DiRoots to export to PDF. Best free addin ever.
Current revision in our sheets works fine. Only the export is going wrong.
Tnx for the tip!
