I'm looking to create a new Tag that is gray in color for (E)xisting elements (beams, columns, joists, etc.)

Is there a way that the Tag can recognize the phase of the element?  If not, can the tag at least recognize the (E) that I put in front of the element's name?

Please look at my example image that I'm trying to achieve.  Right now I'm using text rather than the Tag tool for existing elements (obviously time consuming).

Thank you!

ii don't believe the Tag will not recognize the phase filter. You can copy the tag and edit the text options. then use the Existing Tags for existing content and the standard tag for other content

tag your framing, then pick the ones that are existing and change the type.

You can also combine the 2 tags see screenshots below (i only have revit 2021)

Before load into your project remove if possible the tag
