Editing Bolt Pattern Sketch

I'm using Revit 2019 and am working with Bolts, Anchors, Holes from the "Steel" tab.  After creating a pattern of bolts, I can't seem to then edit the sketch to change my bolt layout.  The "Edit Sketch" button is greyed out when the bolts are selected.  Seems that the only way to change the layout is to delete the old set of bolts and create a new one.  Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks,

Actually, you can not edit that.

The only way to change your sketch is modifying the parameters in properties palette. or delete your sketch and remodel it again.

The bolts/anchor/holes/shear studs (Steel tab> Fabrication Elements panel> Bolts drop-down) sketch cannot be copy.

Also the Contour cut(Steel tab> Modifiers panel > Contour cut).

These are known limitations in 2019 release.

You can edit the sketch by changing the Length on Side 1/2 parameters, but this is not a "real" edit... the existing sketch is extended to meet the new length, but the center of the sketch and the orientation cannot be changed.

Also can modify the position/number of the bolts/anchors/holes/studs inside the sketch.

Yeah, I was afraid of that.  These steel tools are a great addition to Revit, but there's still room for improvement.
