Distributed connections

Hi all,

I was wondering if in Revit it's possible to place a connection along a line, for example a CLT connection wall/floor or wall/wall (see image);

these connections are usually a repetition of a specific detail that vary case by case. With the structural connection function of Revit 2019 I can place a connection detail only in a point, like a beam that connect to a wall or to another beam. Am I missing something? I need to do this not only for modelling purpose, but also to create a schedule with all the fixing.

Thank you for any help

Are these connections something that has to be automatically located or are they something you are manually inputting for each type?

Can you make a line-based family to draw on those faces to represent each connection type.  Afterwards, schedule those custom line-based families.  The line-based family can include any custom parameters you want.

See file attachment of family I made for you

they have a video for CLT.

agacad Also have a plug in for shop Drawings called smart assemblies.
