different maxim spacing of sirrups in column

Hello there!

I have a multi-story RC building.

The maxim spacing of stirrups in column’s joint is different from other parts. Let’s say maxim spacing of stirrups in joint is ‘a’, and for other parts is ‘b’. And the range of joint is from the top surface of beam to bottom surface.

How can I set boundaries as top and bottom surface of beam, and apply the maxim spacing a between them?

Can ‘a’ part and ‘b’ part exist in the same whole set of rebars?

2 sets of stirrup with different spacing

with constraints you can "anchor" your first and/or your last stirrup 

Can ‘a’ part and ‘b’ part exist in the same whole set of rebars? --> no not in 1 stirrup set.
