Design change from overlap to couplers

I work with Revit 2017 and I have a model from customer, but all rebar reinforcement were detailed as overlap jointed. Is it possible to automatic change from overlap jointed to coupler?

Hello @paradonk

There is no automatic way to do that.

If the bars are overlapped and shifted, one with respect to the other (so that there is no clashing), adding a coupler will move the second selected bar so that it aligns to the first selected bar.
