does anyone know if there is a way to specify the views for datum grids? I'm doing a braced wall calculation and it's the classical method and when I place the gird (braced wall line) it shows up in every view. I then have to go to every view and hide them. Just wanted to know if there is a way to hide these grids so I can save time and not have to go to every view.
If the project is workshared then you can create a workset for the grids you want to hide and untick the 'Visible in all views' checkbox for the workset. This would then mean that any new views created have that workset not visible by default.
If it isn't workshared then you can create a visibility filter from a selection set of IDs.
