Boundary Condition family loads as parking space

Whenever I drag a boundary condition family from the Revit browser into the project it comes in as a parking space site family.  it is a strange error, how do I fix it?

Boundary conditions can only be applied directly to the analytical model nodes via Analyse tab. Has no relevant representation in the physical model so when you drag it you will get whatever component is the default or last used.

So you should not be dragging it in I suppose is the answer.
