Data in file *.rvt is corrupt need to be manually recovered

HI guys,

Who knows,
What i should do to solve this problem?

Situation description:

Click on Duplicate with detailing button in project browser. Then Get the error and off course program was closed after that.
From this moment i cant open any previous and main version of project.
My disk space is enough
All my files are corrupted (main and all backups). See screenshots attached.

I will be appreciate for any helps.
