Creating a line with an arrow at each end

I would like to create a family that would consist of a line with an arrow at each end of the line.  In the past, I have used text with an arrow leader on each side of the text.  I would then erase the text but it leaves a gap and I don't want a gap.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michelle

Several ways:
- Create an empty generic annotation family, load in the project, place and add leaders.
- Create a line based detail family, nest in a generic annotation arrow at both ends, constrain so that the arrows move when the length changed.

I was going to suggest the OP try a line based family, but the "empty generic annotation" is a nice backup option. I may have to try that myself 😁.
