I am trying to create a family that has a valid StructuralSection property in the Revit API. I have started by loading the Structural Framing family template, selected a C profile and then filled some structural section properties.
The issue is that when I create an analytical member with this family as a section, the GetStructuralSection property is null. Is there any steps I am missing in order to make it recognizable as a structural section? Only the sections that I download from the online library work properly.
