It is not typically something you would model in Revit (too detailed). Welds like these are double curved shapes and difficult to create in Revit, not even mentioning to make them parametric.

Hello @Anonymous Is the purpose to create this weld purely in Revit for visualization? or does your workflow involve Advance Steel?
Advance steel has necessary weld symbols but not a 3D representation of the weld.
