I recomend you create a diferents types of families that you have in your library like the precast column and beam if is made of concrete or creat a 3 plates and custom families if is made of steel.

It really depends on the design of the bridge. Can you show how it would look?
You can also use Infraworks, which has a multitude of parametric bridges and components available. Those can be customized according to your requirements.
The resulting bridge can be imported to Revit for detailing.
Other than that, you can model it directly in Revit by creating all the components (girders, piers, foundations, etc) and assembling them together.
With the use of Dynamo, you can create the Bridge Model
