Common Insertion in Project

Greetings,

Being new to this Revit 3 Software, can anyone explain how to achieve a common insertion point such as 0,0,0 in Revit 3, currently we achieve this in an AutoCAD/ Prosteel Environment.
We would like non-Revit models (.sat) to be inserted into a master composite Revit model or Revit model exported to a (.sat) to be later joined with a master composite with matching coordinates. They are all together a collaboration and will be checked for interference.

You want to look into shared coordinates.
Look in the help under "Shared Positioning" which explains the process.

Joe,
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I will make use of the Help file and its Process guide.
